Basilica TAVR

Paul D. Mahoney, M.D., presents a case study utilizing a novel technique called Basilica during a TAVR procedure. The patient’s surgical valve had failed and a new trans catheter valve was needed.  Coronary artery obstruction is a high risk during this type of case requiring the leaflet in front of coronary artery to be modified to allow blood flow.
