How does that affect an individual in a condition? Um, abnormal restrictive joints in the spine cause reflexive muscle spasm. And one of the best ways to deal with that is to move the joint in a way that induces relaxation into the muscles associated with the joint. Uh If you do an app, do an appropriate maneuver, you put some appropriate energy into the joint. It activates goinin organs over muscle spindle cells, inducing relaxation into the muscles associated with the joint. It's like a focused muscle relaxer to the area that needs it the most.
